Doctors tell us that with a proper diet
and the right acne treatment, acne can be cured. Yet, who
came up with the idea that a fruit diet to help cure acne
works?
Fruits
If a fruit diet to help cure acne works,
then which fruits should you eat? Any natural product is
always good. Taking drugs have side effects while natural
fruits do not. Thus, any fruit is good but when you add
herbs, it gets so much better.
Some of the popular fruits and herbs that
help to heal acne include papaya, garlic, ginger, and carrots.
Carrots are great because they have plenty of fiber and
Vitamin A as well as other minerals and vitamins. Fiber
is good for detoxifying the body and if you use plenty of
Vitamin A, it will help heal acne. Once your body gets the
Vitamin A it needs the acne will begin to clear up.
Garlic and ginger have antibiotic properties
in them. The antibiotics heal the immune system and works
as an anti-inflammatory to help reduce inflammation and
swelling or redness, and therefore, acne. Papaya assists
the digestive system. It allows the body to get rid of any
toxins, thereby cleansing and purifying the system.
Papaya has an ingredient called papain.
This is an enzyme useful for fighting swelling caused from
inflammation. When you eat enough papaya, the acne resists
inflammation and redness can disappear.
What about herbal treatments?
Herbs are natural products. You can save
money on trips to the dermatologist by using plenty of herbs.
Some of the treatments used by dermatologists are painful
and have serious side effects. Herbs can be used as supplements
and you can take them with fruits, a meal, or any topical
application.
Research the different types of herbs that
help to clear acne. You can learn more about how each herb
affects the body. Some herbs will interact with some medications
also. If you are pregnant, have diabetes or kidney infections
consult with your doctor before taking herbs.
If you can take herbs, you will have to
find the herbal remedies that work for you. Some of the
most popular herbs that have worked for others include Echinacea,
licorice root, red clover, and milk thistle.
Milk thistle is an excellent herb that
helps to regenerate and protect the liver. Any toxins in
the body, which can overwork the liver, can build up. This
build up cannot be processed naturally, as it should through
the intestines and can cause pores to clog.
Red clover has an anti-inflammatory agent
and can be used to fight inflammation caused by swelling
and redness. Liquorice Root also has an anti-inflammatory
agent to fight swelling, redness, and pimples. Echinacea
boosts the immune system and helps to fight off flu and
colds. It helps to keep the immune system healthy, which
in turn it helps to fight bacteria and other infections
that may cause acne.
Fruit diet to help cure acne - sure, if
you know which fruits to eat.
