Natural acne treatment

Most people have problems with acne because of the excess secretion of sebum. The sebaceous glands are everywhere in the skin except the palms and feet. These glands produce sebum to protect the skin against dryness and dehydration. When the sebum quantity is too large, it provokes the appearance of an oily layer on the skin surface, which triggers different skin affections and skin infections like acne, whiteheads and blackheads. This is because the oily layer attracts and retains bacteria and dust from the air.

Herbal remedies have been proven the most efficient acne treatments, especially that they don’t have side effects. For example, you can make a paste from cinnamon and honey. You can apply it on your acne affected areas in the evening and remove it in the morning, with warm water. In about two weeks, the sebum-caused infection will be gone. You can use cinnamon in combination with lemon juice, too. Another natural acne treatment method is rubbing a piece of lemon peel, and rinse with warm water.

You can use as a natural acne treatment this: apply and rub the acne affected area on your face with fresh garlic. The fresh juice obtained from mint or papaya has wonderful effects when used against acne, insects bytes, eczema, lesions and other skin conditions. You can also use cucumber leaves on the acne affected area.
