A large quantity of money is spent by people
in their attempt to find acne solutions that work. Unfortunately,
many never find the acne solution that suits them, and their
acne either clears up on its own, or they get used to living
with it. One can, however, find an acne solution to work
for him, without throwing away hundreds of dollars looking
for the acne treatment; here are a few tips.
Make sure that you wash your face at least
two times every day, with clean water and a pure cleanser,
more important, a natural one.
Try applying essential oils directly to
the affected area. Benefic oils are Tea Tree Oil, Bergamot
Oil, Clove Oil, Lavender Oil, and Rosewood Oil. Apply it
in the evening right before going to bed, and wash it off,
using pure soap and clean water, in the morning. It usually
takes like a month to work. It’s a good choice because it’s
rally cheap compared to their methods and it has proven
to be effective for many people.
If the essential oil doesn't work for you,
try a good over the counter product. They are expensive,
but you will spend less money using a product that has been
proven to work, than you will buy creams and acne
solutions that do not work. It’s a good idea to
save money and time by using a quality acne product
in stead of using many others that are useless.
The next step, assuming that none of the
above works, is to visit an allergist to see if you have
any food allergies. Often food allergies will cause acne,
and the best acne solution in this case
is to eliminate those foods from your diet completely. If
a food allergy is cause acne, not other
acne solution should be needed. Once the cause
is detected the doctor will no what advice to give you.
If there are no food allergies it is time
to see a dermatologist. The doctor could prescribe Accutane,
which is also expensive. It may cause side effects, but
it has been proven to be quite beneficial in the
acne treatment.
The key is to make sure that you give the
acne treatment time to work. Give each step at
least one month, and possibly more. Some acne treatments
will actually make the acne appear to be worse before it
starts cure acne. This is perfectly normal,
and in most cases, even to be expected.
It’s a waste of money to try many cheap
acne treatments but also it’s dangerous for the
skin; the skin affected by acne is very sensitive to outside
factors so it is not recommended to abuse with experimental
acne solutions.
Another problem concerns acne scars,
and like most people, I think you want to get rid of the
acne scars, just as much as you wanted to cure
acne. There are many methods for removing acne scars
- some are drastic. However, you might want to start with
a milder solution, such as acne scar removal cream before
heading off to the dermatologist for drastic treatment.
As with most acne products,
there are some acne scar removal creams that work, and some
that simply do not work. When looking for acne scar
removal cream, it might be a good idea to check with your
doctor or dermatologist to find out what they recommend.
They may even give you a prescription acne scar
removal cream.
When buying over the counter acne scar
removal creams, look for products that contain all natural
ingredients if possible. Any good product will contain both
vitamin A and vitamin E. Read and follow the directions
carefully, and give the product time to work. Too often,
people give up on products that work before the product
has had time to do what it promises.
Acne scar removal creams
take time to work. They are not magic acne solution,
and they may not even completely remove the scars - but
if given time to work, they can greatly diminish the scars,
making them less noticeable.
Some acne scar removal
creams may irritate your skin. When using a cream for the
first time, only use a small amount, in a small area for
a day or two, to determine how your skin will react to it.
This will help you avoid a full blown allergic reaction,
or a full blown breakout. If you do have a bad reaction
to the acne scar removal cream,
discontinue use, but write down the ingredients of the cream,
so you can determine what caused the irritation by trial
and error.
